VeriTrademark Consultations: How Do They Work?

At VeriTrademark, we schedule several consultations each week. Although we prefer to schedule consultations in the afternoons during weekdays, we offer flexible scheduling options.  We like to get to know our clients and thus we prefer face to face consultations for this reason. We can also schedule a phone consultation if you prefer.

Where Are The Consultations Held?

Consultations are held in our main office in the conference room of the Funke Building on East Olive Way near the border between downtown Seattle and the Capitol Hill neighborhood. What Can I Expect In Terms Of Advice?

A typical consultation helps you to frame a legal problem more sensibly. It is not a necessary condition that you seek to hire us after the consultation, as our experience is that people find consultations beneficial and valuable on their own merits.
People schedule consultations for many reasons. A consultation may deal with a specific legal problem or issue or may be useful simply to help you to understand the nature of intellectual property or other business legal issues and how they might apply to you or your situation.

How Much Does A Consultation Cost?

For 2010, VeriTrademark charges $100 for a 30 minute consultation, and $200 for a 60 minute consultation. All fees must be paid in advance via credit card or check (we can bill you or you can make a payment on the website). If a consultation must be changed or cancelled, we can reschedule up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, but no refunds are given for previously scheduled consultations under any circumstances.
